Back To The Honeymoon: Countryside Chateaux

Oh my. Oh my. Oh my. What else is there to say about chateaux in the French countryside other than they are maybe the most beautiful, extravagant, elegant and breathtaking homes I’ve ever seen in my entire life. Chad and I visited “the big three” - Chenonceau, Chambord, and Cheverny - while we were in the Loire Valley .. which is like the hot spot for French chateaux.

The Loire Valley seemed like a great area to rent a country house for a week and just explore .. ride bikes, visit more chateaux, visit the markets and cook at home .. Chad and I would really love to go back and visit again sometime soon.
